Coker, a Trinity Hunt Partners-backed healthcare advisory firm, has acquired Healthcare Cost Solutions (HCS), a California-based leader in coding audit and health information management services. The acquisition brings HCS's proprietary HART technology and coding compliance capabilities into Coker's expanding healthcare advisory platform as an add-on to broaden compliance and coding audit services for hospitals, health systems and physician groups.
