Coker, a national healthcare advisory and consulting firm backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired NorthGauge Healthcare Advisors, a clinical compliance and performance improvement consultancy based in Colorado. The deal is Coker’s first add-on since its December 2023 majority recapitalization with Trinity Hunt and expands Coker’s clinical compliance, physician peer review, and performance-improvement capabilities.
