Symphony Technology Group (STG), a Palo Alto-based private equity firm, has acquired Warpwire, a Durham, North Carolina-based educational video management platform. The deal is STG's third investment into a unified professional-education platform following its earlier acquisitions of EthosCE and CadmiumCD, expanding the platform's video delivery and content capabilities for associations, healthcare organizations, hospitals, and universities.

Atlas Holdings Acquires International Wire Group Holdings

Atlas Holdings LLC has acquired International Wire Group Holdings, Inc. (IWG), a Camden, New York–headquartered manufacturer of engineered copper-based wire products. The deal brings IWG’s ~1,600+ employees and 17 manufacturing facilities into Atlas’ industrial manufacturing portfolio; Gregory J. Smith was named IWG President & CEO as part of the transition.

Atria Wealth Solutions Acquires Western International Securities

Atria Wealth Solutions completed the acquisition of Western International Securities (WIS), adding WIS's more than 400 independent financial advisors and roughly $11 billion of assets under administration to Atria's platform. The deal expands Atria's advisor affiliation models (including a turnkey branch solution) and increases its scale to serve nearly 2,500 advisors with about $75 billion of AUA across five broker-dealers.

Industrial Service Solutions Acquires San Antonio Armature Works

Warner Music Group Acquires Africori

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (through its U.S. wholesale brokerage operation, Risk Placement Services) acquired San Diego-based AWIS Group, a wholesale insurance broker. Terms were not disclosed; the acquisition expands RPS’s presence in the San Diego market and deepens its workers’ compensation and commercial insurance capabilities.
