Mimir Group Acquires Billerud Managed Packaging; Rebrands as Trillora Packaging Solutions

Mimir Group has acquired Billerud Managed Packaging in a carve-out divestiture from Swedish paper company Billerud and immediately rebranded the business as Trillora Packaging Solutions. Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Trillora will operate a global production network across Asia and focus on packaging design, production management, and sustainable packaging solutions for apparel, footwear, sporting goods and other consumer brands.
