Truist Insurance Holdings Acquires Kensington Vanguard National Land Services

Truist Insurance Holdings, a subsidiary of Truist Financial Corporation, has closed the acquisition of Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, one of the largest independent national title insurance and settlement agencies. The deal consolidates BridgeTrust Title Group under the Kensington Vanguard (KV) brand and establishes a new Insurance Services Division to expand Truist's title insurance, settlement and premium finance capabilities.

Compass Acquires KVS Title

JLL Acquires Kensington Capital Advisors and Frame Financial Systems

JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated) has wholly acquired Kensington Capital Advisors (KCA), a North Carolina–based derivatives and structured finance advisory firm, along with its Frame Financial Systems technology platform. The deal brings KCA and Frame's 23 employees into JLL's Capital Markets and JLL Technologies teams and adds a proprietary 'software with a service' debt portfolio reporting and analytics capability to JLL's CRE investor offerings.

Renovus Capital Partners acquired KP Labs, a Long Beach–based provider of technology-enabled solutions for corporate law departments, effective June 30, 2023. KP Labs (approximately 40 employees) will join Renovus' legal services portfolio and collaborate closely with HBR Consulting, LAC Group, and Wilson Allen while continuing to operate under its existing brand and leadership.
