Hydrofarm Holdings Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of Aurora Innovations, Aurora International and Gotham Properties LLC, an Eugene, Oregon-based manufacturer and supplier of organic hydroponic nutrients and grow media. The deal expands Hydrofarm's portfolio of nutrient and growing-media brands and complements its recent purchases of HEAVY 16, House & Garden, and Mad Farmer.
