LAZ Parking has acquired Serco Parking Services, the parking enforcement and parking meter management business of Serco Inc., in a deal that closed May 1, 2021. The transaction adds roughly 230 employees, increases LAZ's managed metered spaces by 40,000 (doubling meter revenue to nearly $300 million annually), and expands LAZ's capabilities and West Coast presence.
