LAZ Parking has acquired a majority interest in FleetLogix, a San Diego–based provider of fleet management, managed labor and staffing services for rental car agencies and airport operations. The partnership will let LAZ integrate FleetLogix's FleetAnalytix platform and workforce capabilities to expand service offerings and accelerate growth across the U.S. and Canada.

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PeakLogix, a Midlothian, Virginia-based material handling systems integrator that designs and installs warehouse automation and storage systems. The acquisition expands Alta's materials handling capabilities and geographic footprint; PeakLogix generated about $25 million in revenue and $2 million in operating income in FY2019. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of June, subject to customary conditions.
