Lumaverse Technologies, a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners and PSG, has acquired ClubExpress, a SaaS provider of association and club management software used by more than 2,000 organizations. 85 Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to ClubExpress; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is an add-on for Lumaverse to expand its group-management product suite and membership, event and payment capabilities.

Aurora will continue to operate under its brand with existing leadership in place; financing for the deal (and two other recent Spectrum acquisitions) was provided by Monroe Capital.

Advocate Aurora Enterprises Acquires MobileHelp

Advocate Aurora Enterprises, the consumer-health investment arm of Advocate Aurora Health, acquired MobileHelp, a provider of mobile personal emergency response systems (mPERS) and remote patient monitoring through its Clear Arch Health division. The acquisition expands Advocate Aurora’s consumer-facing capabilities for aging-in-place and remote monitoring, while MobileHelp’s leadership will remain in place to pursue integration and product bundling with the health system’s existing services.
