Evergreen, together with Lyra Technology Group, has acquired Sterling Technology Solutions, a Charlotte-based managed services provider, as founder Tom Blanchard retires. Evergreen named Solei Dyment as Sterling's new CEO and plans to preserve the company's operations while expanding its East Coast reach and investing in capabilities such as AI and cybersecurity.

Enlightenment Capital Forms Auria by Merging Four Portfolio Companies

Enlightenment Capital has combined four portfolio companies—Boecore, Ascension Engineering Group, Orbit Logic, and La Jolla Logic—into a new space-focused platform called Auria, based in Colorado Springs. Auria will deliver mission planning, space domain awareness, satellite communications management and cybersecurity capabilities and will employ more than 400 people across the combined businesses. The consolidation is intended to broaden the customer base, expand capabilities and create a mid-tier contractor in the space and defense market.

Evergreen Acquires Next7 IT; Joins Lyra Technology Group

Complete Solar and Solaria Merge to Form Complete Solaria

Complete Solar and Solaria completed a merger to form Complete Solaria, a vertically integrated residential solar company combining manufacturing, distribution, installation, financing and software capabilities. The combined business is expected to generate approximately $120 million in 2022 (with further growth projected), and the company has announced a planned business combination with SPAC Freedom Acquisition I Corp. to provide public-market financing.
