Lyra Technology Group, a portfolio platform of Evergreen Services Group, has acquired DKBinnovative, a Frisco, Texas–based managed IT and cybersecurity provider. The deal adds DKB's regional SMB-focused managed services and cybersecurity capabilities to Lyra's MSP platform and will support DKB's growth under new CEO Chris Scott while founder Keith Barthold transitions to chairman.
