Evergreen has acquired PCH Technologies, a security-first managed IT service provider headquartered in the Philadelphia region, which will operate under Evergreen’s Lyra Technology Group. PCH Technologies — a SOC2-certified MSP founded in 1997 with AI-enabled service offerings and offices in New Jersey, Florida and Delaware — joins Lyra as its 81st operating company and will continue to serve its global client base under its existing brand and management.
