Evergreen Acquires MSPs PCG IT and Netranom

Evergreen, a San Francisco-based holding company for managed IT services and software businesses, has acquired two managed service providers: PCG IT and Netranom. The acquisitions are add-on deals as Evergreen expands its MSP platform toward a milestone of 100 MSPs while preserving the companies' cultures and operational continuity.

PCH Technologies — a SOC2-certified MSP founded in 1997 with AI-enabled service offerings and offices in New Jersey, Florida and Delaware — joins Lyra as its 81st operating company and will continue to serve its global client base under its existing brand and management.
