PCH Technologies — a SOC2-certified MSP founded in 1997 with AI-enabled service offerings and offices in New Jersey, Florida and Delaware — joins Lyra as its 81st operating company and will continue to serve its global client base under its existing brand and management.

The deal gives Evergreen its first entry into the Australian MSP market and provides Centrered with access to Evergreen's global network and resources to support growth, particularly across cloud and security services and the not-for-profit sector.
