Evergreen Services Group, a US-based holding company focused on managed IT services and software businesses, has acquired Canberra-based managed services provider Centrered. The deal gives Evergreen its first entry into the Australian MSP market and provides Centrered with access to Evergreen's global network and resources to support growth, particularly across cloud and security services and the not-for-profit sector.
