The acquisition will integrate Assembly's recognition and rewards capabilities into Quantum Workplace to deliver richer engagement, performance and retention insights and enable AI-driven enhancements across the combined platform.

TPG Acquires Sabre's Hospitality Solutions Business

TPG, through its TPG Capital platform, completed the $1.1 billion acquisition of Hospitality Solutions, a carve-out from Sabre, establishing the business as an independent hospitality technology company. Hospitality Solutions also received a strategic minority investment from hotel owner-operator MCR and named Teresa Mackintosh CEO as TPG and partners position the company to accelerate product development and global customer onboarding.

Assembly Acquires Refersion

Financial terms were not disclosed; Assembly said the acquisition will expand its omni-channel ecommerce data and market-intelligence capabilities to provide a 360-degree view of ecommerce performance.
