Assembly, which will use the capital to build and buy e‑commerce software and services, recently acquired Helium 10, an Irvine‑based SaaS platform for Amazon merchants.

Sabre Corporation has acquired hospitality e-commerce provider Techsembly to integrate Techsembly’s marketplace and gift card capabilities into Sabre Hospitality’s retailing solutions. Terms were not disclosed; Techsembly — described in Sabre's release as based in the United Kingdom with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong — and its e‑commerce team will join Sabre to accelerate product roadmap and expand hotel retailing functionality.
