(NYSE: MEG) has acquired Frontier Analytical Laboratories, an El Dorado Hills, California-based environmental laboratory specializing in high-resolution GC‑MS analysis of dioxins, furans, PCBs and other persistent organic pollutants. Frontier will be integrated into Montrose’s Measurement and Analysis segment and operate as part of Enthalpy Analytical, LLC; Frontier’s leadership team will join Montrose. Terms were not disclosed.
