Bracalente Manufacturing Group, a privately owned precision components manufacturer headquartered in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, has acquired Millennium Manufacturing, Inc. in Trumbauersville, Pennsylvania. The deal expands Bracalente’s CNC milling, turning and multi‑spindle capabilities, increases U.S. manufacturing capacity and adds specialized talent to serve aerospace, medical, electronics and other end markets.
