Atos has agreed to acquire Eagle Creek Software Services, a U.S.-based technology and management consulting firm specializing in Salesforce enterprise implementations. The deal will strengthen Atos' Salesforce and CRM capabilities and expand its digital services footprint in North America; Eagle Creek is headquartered in Minnesota and has more than 250 employees serving customers in healthcare, financial services and communications.

AppDirect Acquires ITCloud.ca

AppDirect acquired ITCloud.ca, a Canadian cloud technology provider, to expand the geographic footprint of its AppSmart business in Canada and gain end-to-end Microsoft Cloud capabilities. The deal brings ITCloud.ca’s team, channel relationships (more than 1,200 partners) and managed cloud/back-up services into AppDirect’s marketplace and platform offerings.

Atos Acquires Cloudreach

Atos has agreed to acquire Cloudreach, a London-headquartered multi-cloud services provider, to strengthen its multi-cloud, application modernization and security capabilities. Cloudreach employs more than 600 people and generated roughly €100 million of revenue in 2021; the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and was expected to close in early Q1 2022.

Accenture Acquires Cloudworks to Bolster Oracle Cloud Capabilities in Canada

Financial terms were not disclosed; Cloudworks—founded in 2016—has roughly 100 employees and expertise in ERP, EPM, HCM, RPA, data analytics and AI.

SoftwareONE Acquires Centiq

The acquisition strengthens Atos's Cloud Enterprise Solutions and Data Analytics capabilities by adding Visual BI's consulting services, partnerships (Snowflake, Microsoft, Tableau, etc.), and engineering expertise.
