Atos has agreed to acquire Eagle Creek Software Services, a U.S.-based technology and management consulting firm specializing in Salesforce enterprise implementations. The deal will strengthen Atos' Salesforce and CRM capabilities and expand its digital services footprint in North America; Eagle Creek is headquartered in Minnesota and has more than 250 employees serving customers in healthcare, financial services and communications.
