Abacus Group Acquires ECHO Technology Solutions' IT Services Business

Abacus Group has acquired the managed IT services business unit of ECHO Technology Solutions. The transaction brings ECHO's IT services employees and client relationships (largely venture capital and alternative investment firms) into Abacus to expand its scale and capabilities in the San Francisco market while ECHO's Salesforce consulting business remains independent under founder Sejo Jahic.
