Abacus Group Acquires Tribeca Technology Group

Abacus Group, a global managed IT and cybersecurity provider for financial services, has acquired UK-based Tribeca Technology Group to strengthen its presence in the United Kingdom and expand capabilities in the financial MSP market. The deal will allow Abacus to extend its abacusFlex platform and cybersecurity services to Tribeca clients while scaling resources and maintaining continuity of service for existing customers.
