MemorialCare Medical Group, part of nonprofit MemorialCare, has acquired Irvine Family Practice Medical Group and its Irvine health center at 14150 Culver Drive. The physician group — including about 10 physicians and an onsite urgent care that serves roughly 25,000 patients — will join MemorialCare to expand primary care and urgent care access and broaden health-plan contracting for patients in Irvine.
