Patriot Motors Acquires Phillips Hyundai of Bradley from Phillips Auto Group

Patriot Motors, a family-owned dealership group led by Shawn Kohli, has acquired Phillips Hyundai of Bradley in Bourbonnais, Illinois from Phillips Auto Group (Curtis Pascarella). The store will be renamed Patriot Hyundai of Bradley and relocated to William R Latham Senior Drive; Performance Brokerage Services served as the exclusive sell-side advisor. The divestiture allows Phillips Auto Group to focus on its Chevrolet operations.

Krause Auto Group Acquires Three Florida Dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive

Krause Auto Group of Alpharetta, Georgia purchased three Southwest Florida dealerships from Sutherlin Automotive Group for more than $110 million in an acquisition that includes Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Myers, Sutherlin Nissan of Cape Coral and Sutherlin Genesis in Fort Myers. The stores will be rebranded as Nissan of Cape Coral, Nissan of Fort Myers and Fort Myers Genesis; Krause plans renovations and service expansion at the Fort Myers Nissan location.
