HouseWorks Holdings Acquires Bridge City Home Care

HouseWorks Holdings, a Northeast personal care services platform backed by InTandem Capital, has acquired Bridge City Home Care, a Pittsburgh-based provider of in-home personal care services. The deal expands HouseWorks' Pennsylvania footprint into the Pittsburgh market and gives Bridge City clients access to HouseWorks' BetterCare at Home model and additional caregiver training and support.
