Atlantic Aviation Acquires Glacier Jet Center and Rocky Mountain Aircraft Services in Kalispell, Montana

Atlantic Aviation expanded its FBO network to 106 locations with the acquisition of Glacier Jet Center and Rocky Mountain Aircraft Services at Glacier Park International Airport (GPI) in Kalispell, Montana. The deal brings Atlantic’s full range of passenger/crew support, fueling, heated hangars and on-field Part 145 maintenance under its brand as it enters the Montana market.

Maverick Aviation Group Acquires Bristow Instruments

The deal is Maverick's inaugural platform acquisition; Bristow's former president and investor Bill Paliwoda will remain involved to support the transition as Maverick invests to expand capabilities and market presence.

Private Investor Acquires A&Z Mechanical, Inc.

A&Z Mechanical provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services for new single-family construction as well as commercial and residential customers.

FlyUSA Acquires 3B Aviation

FlyUSA has acquired Tampa-based 3B Aviation, expanding FlyUSA's privately managed fleet to 15 aircraft across the Tampa Bay region. 3B Aviation founder Nick Barrows joins FlyUSA as President of Acquisitions and Management; prior to the deal 3B employed about ten pilots and managed 13 aircraft for more than 25 private owners.

The Blackhawk Group Acquires Silver Sky Aviation

The Blackhawk Group, a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners, has acquired Silver Sky Aviation of Wasilla, Alaska, expanding TBG's Performance Center Network into Alaska. The acquisition adds a sixth Performance Center location and strengthens TBG's turboprop maintenance and performance capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Elit'Avia Acquires Pioneer Business Services

Elit'Avia has acquired Pioneer Business Services, a Newburgh, New York-based private aircraft management and charter operator, to establish a U.S. base and expand its Americas presence. The deal will keep operations at Stewart International Airport and increase Elit'Avia's aircraft under management as it splits its operations into Elit'Avia Americas and Elit'Avia International.
