Global packaging leader TricorBraun has acquired CanSource, a Longmont, Colorado-based provider of can and sleeve packaging solutions, from Broadtree Partners. The acquisition expands TricorBraun’s beverage packaging capabilities across North America and will allow CanSource to operate as CanSource, a TricorBraun company while retaining its existing locations and team.

TricorBraun Acquires Zuckerman Honickman and Vessel Packaging

TricorBraun has acquired beverage packaging specialists Zuckerman Honickman (King of Prussia, PA) and Vessel Packaging (Canada), strengthening its beverage packaging offering, sustainable packaging expertise, and Canadian footprint. Both businesses will operate as stand-alone companies under the TricorBraun umbrella, with management teams and staff remaining in place.

TricorBraun Acquires Euroglas and Glaspack

TricorBraun has completed the acquisition of German-based Euroglas and Austrian-based Glaspack, two family-run distributors of rigid packaging solutions, to expand its packaging footprint in the DACH region. Both companies (founded in 1992) supply stock and custom glass packaging to food, beverage, wine, beer and spirits customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

TricorBraun Acquires SGB Packaging Group

TricorBraun, a global packaging distributor based in St. Louis, has acquired New Jersey-based SGB Packaging Group, a full-service sales representative and supplier for cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and personal care packaging. The acquisition expands TricorBraun's supplier network and strengthens its presence in prestige and masstige personal care end markets; SGB will continue operating out of Hackensack, New Jersey with its management team in place.

TricorBraun Completes Acquisition of Veritiv's Rigid Containers Business

TricorBraun has completed the acquisition of Veritiv Containers (formerly All American Containers), a distributor of rigid packaging solutions. The deal — originally announced December 9, 2024 — adds seven locations and more than 500,000 square feet of capacity, expanding TricorBraun's North American footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

Breakthru Beverage Group Acquires Wine Warehouse (California)

Breakthru Beverage Group has completed the acquisition of California-based wholesaler Wine Warehouse, which will operate as Breakthru Beverage California. The deal expands Breakthru’s West Region footprint and brings its Aspect fine wine offering and additional sales and commercial capabilities to the California market.
