TricorBraun Acquires SGB Packaging Group

TricorBraun, a global packaging distributor based in St. Louis, has acquired New Jersey-based SGB Packaging Group, a full-service sales representative and supplier for cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and personal care packaging. The acquisition expands TricorBraun's supplier network and strengthens its presence in prestige and masstige personal care end markets; SGB will continue operating out of Hackensack, New Jersey with its management team in place.

TricorBraun Acquires Zuckerman Honickman and Vessel Packaging

TricorBraun Acquires Craft Beverage Warehouse

The purchase expands TricorBraun’s North American beverage packaging and digital printing capabilities and will be integrated into CanSource, with Craft Beverage Warehouse operating independently until early 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.

TricorBraun Acquires CanSource from Broadtree Partners

The acquisition expands TricorBraun’s beverage packaging capabilities across North America and will allow CanSource to operate as CanSource, a TricorBraun company while retaining its existing locations and team.

TricorBraun Completes Acquisition of Veritiv's Rigid Containers Business

The deal — originally announced December 9, 2024 — adds seven locations and more than 500,000 square feet of capacity, expanding TricorBraun's North American footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

Gerresheimer Acquires Blitz LuxCo Sarl (Bormioli Pharma Group) from Triton

Gerresheimer has acquired Blitz LuxCo Sarl, the holding company of the Bormioli Pharma Group, from funds advised by Triton and co-investors. Bormioli is a leading producer of pharmaceutical primary packaging (glass and plastic), with ~1,400 employees and ~EUR 370 million sales in 2023; the acquisition expands Gerresheimer's pharma packaging capabilities and product portfolio.
