Bormioli Pharma Acquires ISO Arzneiverpackungen GmbH

Bormioli Pharma, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has acquired ISO Arzneiverpackungen GmbH, a German manufacturer of tubular glass vials for injectable drugs, vaccines and chromatography applications. The deal — executed through Bormioli Pharma's German subsidiary Remy & Geiser — increases packaging production capacity (ISO produces over 100 million vials annually and employs over 100 people) and strengthens Bormioli Pharma's presence in the Northern European market.

Bormioli Pharma Acquires GCL Pharma

Bormioli Pharma, a Triton Fund IV company, has acquired 100% of GCL Pharma (previously part of Guala Closures Group), a Vasto (Chieti), Italy-based manufacturer of rubber stoppers and aluminium closures for pharmaceutical applications. The business will be integrated into the Bormioli Pharma group as Bormioli Pharma Vasto Srl, expanding the buyer's pharmaceutical-closures and packaging capabilities as an add-on to its platform.

TricorBraun Acquires Euroglas and Glaspack

TricorBraun has completed the acquisition of German-based Euroglas and Austrian-based Glaspack, two family-run distributors of rigid packaging solutions, to expand its packaging footprint in the DACH region. Both companies (founded in 1992) supply stock and custom glass packaging to food, beverage, wine, beer and spirits customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Berlin Packaging Acquires Roma International PLC

TricorBraun Acquires SGB Packaging Group

TricorBraun, a global packaging distributor based in St. Louis, has acquired New Jersey-based SGB Packaging Group, a full-service sales representative and supplier for cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and personal care packaging. The acquisition expands TricorBraun's supplier network and strengthens its presence in prestige and masstige personal care end markets; SGB will continue operating out of Hackensack, New Jersey with its management team in place.

Nalka Acquires Norres Baggerman Group from Triton

Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF (Nalka) has acquired Norres Baggerman Group (NORRES), a European manufacturer of industrial plastic hoses, from the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund I (advised by Triton). NORRES, headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, employs around 400 people across six production facilities and 15 sales/warehousing sites and serves end markets including agriculture, food & pharma, and plastics processing.
