Inverness Graham Investments has acquired KICTeam, Inc., a Maine-based designer and manufacturer of proprietary single-use technical cleaning products for electronic FinTech devices. The deal is the first platform investment for Inverness Graham IV and positions KICTeam as a platform for add-on acquisitions targeting medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, semiconductor and other specialty end markets.

Inverness Graham-Backed Custom Agronomics Acquires BioTek Ag

Custom Agronomics, a portfolio company of Inverness Graham Green Light, has acquired BioTek Ag to expand its private-label portfolio of liquid plant nutrients, nitrogen stabilizers and specialty products. The deal broadens Custom Ag’s formulation capabilities and extends the combined business’s geographic reach into the U.S. Midwest and Southeast. Terms were not disclosed.

MicroCare Acquires Infection Control Technology (ICT)

The add-on strengthens MicroCare's medical infection prevention portfolio, adds private-label and concentrate capabilities, and retains ICT management including founder Nathan Johnson.

BioIVT Acquires XenoTech from Sekisui Chemical

The acquisition expands BioIVT's hepatic product portfolio and ADME/DMPK capabilities to better support biopharma customers' preclinical testing needs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
