Wynnchurch Capital Acquires Northern Wholesale Supply

Wynnchurch Capital has acquired Northern Wholesale Supply (NWS), a Hugo, Minnesota–based distributor of RV and marine parts and accessories founded in 1984 that sells over 30,000 SKUs and markets proprietary products such as the Extreme Max line. Wynnchurch said it will partner with NWS management to grow the business as a platform investment from its Fund V.

US LBM Acquires Northern Building Supply

The sellers, founders Richard Emry and Tricia Gurr, are exiting as they approach retirement; the new owners plan to preserve operations, retain staff, and invest in the property's amenities and lakeside experience.
