FleetPride, the nation's largest independent distributor of aftermarket heavy-duty parts, has acquired the assets of Wheelco Truck & Trailer Parts and Service, a third-generation family business based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. has acquired substantially all assets and the trade name of Northern Wholesale Supply, LLC. The Lino Lakes, Minnesota-based distributor of RV, marine and powersports parts will continue operating as Northern Wholesale Supply and will focus on operational improvements, expanding proprietary product lines, and North American market expansion while preserving over 200 jobs.
