Naprotek, a portfolio company of Edgewater Capital Partners, has acquired MicroFab, Inc., a precision RF circuit fabrication and thin-film micro-machining business based in Manchester, New Hampshire. The MicroFab team and operations will be integrated into Naprotek's East Coast operations at SemiGen to expand Naprotek's RF and thin-film manufacturing capabilities for defense, medical, and telecom end markets.
