Funko, Inc. (Nasdaq: FNKO) has acquired Mondo, a high-end pop culture collectibles company based in Austin, Texas, from Alamo Drafthouse Cinema (a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners). Financial terms were not disclosed; Funko said the acquisition will complement its portfolio, help grow its direct-to-consumer channel, diversify revenue and leverage Funko's distribution and licensing network to expand Mondo's reach.
