CI&T has signed an agreement to acquire Somo Global Ltd, a UK-headquartered digital product agency, for a base purchase price of £49 million plus an earn-out of up to £9.8 million. The acquisition brings almost 300 digital specialists into CI&T's EMEA operation to accelerate its expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with part of the consideration paid in CI&T Class A shares.

International Entertainment Holdings Limited (IEHL), parent of Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) — a Providence Equity Partners portfolio company — has agreed to acquire the Golden Gate Theatre and Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco and the Fisher Theatre in Detroit, plus the programming operations for the Detroit Opera House and Music Hall, from The Nederlander Company. The deal, announced March 22, 2021, expands ATG’s U.S. theatre footprint in two major touring markets; financial terms were not disclosed.
