New York-based private equity firm Blue Wolf Capital Partners has acquired RHA Health Services, a multi-state provider of community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The transaction involved a sale by prior investors Formation Capital and Safanad Limited and positions Blue Wolf to grow RHA's services across the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States.

Rural Healthcare Group Acquires Four Primary Care Clinics in Northern Middle Tennessee

Rural Healthcare Group (RHG), a Nashville-based rural primary care platform backed by Kinderhook Industries, acquired four primary care clinics located in Pleasant View, Springfield, Greenbrier, and White House, Tennessee. The acquisition is a follow-on add-on to RHG's platform as it expands its footprint in Northern Middle Tennessee and increases its clinic count to eight, with planned investments in technology and service expansion.

(RHA), a Fresno-based provider of energy efficiency, resilience, and public-health related services for underserved communities. The add-on expands RI’s capabilities and team (bringing the combined organization to over 1,100 professionals) to better serve utility, government, and corporate clients with enhanced solutions in energy storage, resiliency, water conservation, community engagement, and workforce development.

Achieve Partners Acquires Ro Health

Achieve Partners, a New York-based private investment firm, has acquired Ro Health, a Seattle-based medical staffing and home health agency, to support development of apprenticeship and training programs for school nurses and behavioral health professionals.
