H.I.G. Growth Partners Sells Just Home Healthcare Services in Two-Part Divestiture

H.I.G. Growth Partners completed the sale of its portfolio company Just Home Healthcare Services (JHC) in two transactions: the Personal Home Care and Adult Day Health segments were sold in April 2023 to Honor Health Network (backed by Webster Equity Partners), and the Group Home and Independent Living Program segments were sold in October 2023 to RHA Health Services (backed by Blue Wolf Capital). H.I.G. acquired JHC in January 2017 and during its hold the company expanded group home capacity, grew home-care census hours and materially improved revenue and EBITDA prior to the divestitures.

Blue Wolf Capital Partners Acquires FOX Rehabilitation

Blue Wolf Capital Partners, with co-investors Leavitt Equity Partners and Constitution Capital Partners, acquired FOX Rehabilitation, a Cherry Hill, New Jersey-based provider of physical, occupational and speech therapy that serves older adult patients across 18 states. Founder Tim Fox remains a significant shareholder and continues as CEO; the company had an estimated trailing 12-month EBITDA of about $30 million at the time of the deal.

Kelso & Company and Blue Wolf Capital Partners Acquire Jordan Health Services from Palladium Equity Partners

Affiliates of Palladium Equity Partners completed the sale of the parent of Jordan Health Services to Kelso & Company and Blue Wolf Capital Partners. The buyers combined Jordan with Great Lakes Caring and National Home Health Care to create a large national home-based care platform serving tens of thousands of patients and employing thousands of caregivers across multiple states.
