The deal brings Ricoh's ITS team and customer base into Netrix's cybersecurity and digital transformation platform and is intended to increase scale, technical specialization, and investment in product and talent.

QuadraNet Acquires Commercial CMS Hosting and Private Cloud Division from Contegix
