IK Partners Acquires DRIESCHER

IK Partners' IK X Fund has signed an agreement to acquire DRIESCHER GmbH from the founding family shareholders, with the family reinvesting and co-founders of Czech subsidiary DRIBO selling and reinvesting into the Group. DRIESCHER, a German manufacturer of medium- and low-voltage switches and switchgear with ~500 employees across Germany and the Czech Republic, will partner with IK to pursue product innovation, expand aftersales services, grow in Germany and internationally, and consider bolt-on acquisitions.
