IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to invest in STEIN HGS GmbH, a Germany-based B2B e-commerce specialist for barrier technology, construction site and facility management supplies. The stake is being acquired from Lennertz & Co. and founder Bodo Stein, both of whom will reinvest alongside IK to support growth, product range expansion and new customer acquisition.

IK Partners Acquires CONET from H.I.G. Capital

IK Partners' IK IX Fund has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in CONET from H.I.G. Capital, with CONET's management investing alongside IK. CONET is a German IT consulting, systems-integration and software development firm focused on public-sector and enterprise digital transformation, employing over 1,100 people across Germany, Austria and Croatia; the deal is subject to antitrust clearance.

IK Partners Takes Minority Stake in Seventeen Group

IK Partners' Partnership Fund III has agreed to acquire a minority stake in Seventeen Group, a London-headquartered independent insurance and risk management group that includes James Hallam and Touchstone. The investment will support Seventeen's growth strategy — including technology investment and consolidation opportunities across the UK and internationally — subject to regulatory approvals; financial terms were not disclosed.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Skill & You

Management (led by Eric Petco and Sonia Levy-Odier) will co-invest alongside IK to support accelerated international expansion, strengthen B2G/B2B capabilities and continue product and platform investment; Skill & You reported ~€115m revenue in 2020, ~120,000 students and ~850 employees.

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GeoDynamics from Sofindev and the company's management team. GeoDynamics, a Kortrijk-based SaaS provider of location-based fleet and mobile workforce management software, will continue to be led by founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier who will reinvest alongside IK as the company pursues expansion beyond Belgium.
