Envoy Acquires Worksphere to Accelerate Enterprise Workplace Platform

Envoy has acquired Seattle-based workplace management startup Worksphere and brought the Worksphere team into Envoy’s product organization to accelerate development of an enterprise-ready workplace platform. The move strengthens Envoy’s capabilities for large, complex customers by adding expertise in scalability, design, and workplace features such as desk/room booking, visitor check-in and analytics.

iOFFICE Acquires Teem from WeWork

iOFFICE, a Houston-based provider of workplace experience and asset management SaaS, acquired Salt Lake City-based Teem, a developer of cloud-based meeting space solutions and workplace analytics. The deal follows WeWork's divestiture of Teem and is intended to integrate Teem's meeting-space and analytics capabilities into iOFFICE's broader workplace platform to enhance customer offerings.

OfficeSpace Acquires Dojo AI

OfficeSpace Software has acquired Dojo AI, embedding Dojo's patented space-planning and workplace analytics AI into OfficeSpace's workplace management platform. The deal (OfficeSpace is backed by Vista Equity Partners and Resurgens Technology Partners) positions OfficeSpace as an AI operating system for the built environment, accelerating planning cycles, automating planner workloads, and improving occupancy and portfolio optimization.

Absorb Software Acquires Together Software

Calgary-based Absorb Software has agreed to acquire mentorship platform Together Software, integrating Together's mentoring capabilities into Absorb's AI-powered learning management system. Together will become a wholly owned subsidiary, with all ~35 employees retained and the companies planning product integration to provide a more comprehensive enterprise learning solution; financial terms were not disclosed.

Yardi Acquires CloudVO

Envoy Solutions Acquires Seven Companies from The Enterprises Group

Glenview, Illinois-based Envoy Solutions agreed to acquire seven Michigan-based companies from The Enterprises Group — KSS Enterprises, Sideline Sports, BBC Distributing, Energyst Solutions, Rapid Supply & Sales, EMack Manufacturing, and Star Flooring. The acquisition expands Envoy Solutions' product offerings in janitorial, foodservice, packaging and commercial flooring and marks the company's entry into Michigan, with the deal expected to close in Q4 2022 pending customary approvals.
