Thoma Bravo Acquires iOFFICE from Waud Capital Partners

Thoma Bravo has acquired iOFFICE, a Houston-based provider of workplace experience and enterprise asset management SaaS, from prior owner Waud Capital Partners. The deal (which closed following regulatory approval) will keep iOFFICE's CEO Mark Peterson and the existing management team in place while enabling accelerated product development and go-to-market expansion; Waud Capital Partners will retain a minority stake in the go-forward company.

SpatialChat Acquires Teemyco

The acquisition combines Teemyco's presence-driven collaboration technology and user insights with SpatialChat's AI agent integrations to speed product development across knowledge intelligence, global collaboration, and cross-time-zone productivity.

Envoy Acquires OfficeTogether

Envoy has acquired desk reservation and scheduling startup OfficeTogether, bringing founder and CEO Amy Yin and her engineering team into Envoy to accelerate product development for hybrid work. The deal follows Envoy’s $111 million funding round and will migrate OfficeTogether’s customers onto Envoy’s workplace platform while expanding Envoy’s desk-booking and scheduling capabilities.
