Thoma Bravo Acquires iOFFICE from Waud Capital Partners

Thoma Bravo has acquired iOFFICE, a Houston-based provider of workplace experience and enterprise asset management SaaS, from prior owner Waud Capital Partners. The deal (which closed following regulatory approval) will keep iOFFICE's CEO Mark Peterson and the existing management team in place while enabling accelerated product development and go-to-market expansion; Waud Capital Partners will retain a minority stake in the go-forward company.

iOFFICE Acquires Teem from WeWork

iOFFICE, a Houston-based provider of workplace experience and asset management SaaS, acquired Salt Lake City-based Teem, a developer of cloud-based meeting space solutions and workplace analytics. The deal follows WeWork's divestiture of Teem and is intended to integrate Teem's meeting-space and analytics capabilities into iOFFICE's broader workplace platform to enhance customer offerings.

CivicPlus Acquires Beehive's Asset Management and Utility Billing Solutions

CivicPlus acquired the asset management and utility billing software solutions from Beehive Industries and will integrate them into its Civic Impact Platform to deliver a more comprehensive suite of public-sector SaaS tools for local governments. The deal (with District Capital Partners advising CivicPlus) expands CivicPlus’ capabilities for infrastructure asset management, maintenance scheduling, reporting and utility billing.

DaySmart Software Acquires AppointmentPlus

DaySmart Software has acquired Scottsdale, Arizona-based AppointmentPlus, an online appointment scheduling and dock scheduling provider. AppointmentPlus CEO Bob La Loggia and the company's 100+ employees will join DaySmart as the deal expands DaySmart's cloud scheduling capabilities and extends its reach into new verticals including supply chain, healthcare and automotive.

Infosys Acquires Simplus, Leading Salesforce Platinum Partner

Infosys announced a definitive agreement to acquire Simplus, a Salesforce Platinum Partner headquartered in Salt Lake City, to strengthen its enterprise cloud and Salesforce capabilities and expand its presence in the United States and Australia. The acquisition, expected to close in Infosys' fiscal Q4 2020, adds Simplus' expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing, implementation, integration and managed services along with offices across North America, Australia, the UK and a delivery center in Manila.
