Thoma Bravo Acquires iOFFICE from Waud Capital Partners

Thoma Bravo has acquired iOFFICE, a Houston-based provider of workplace experience and enterprise asset management SaaS, from prior owner Waud Capital Partners. The deal (which closed following regulatory approval) will keep iOFFICE's CEO Mark Peterson and the existing management team in place while enabling accelerated product development and go-to-market expansion; Waud Capital Partners will retain a minority stake in the go-forward company.

Thoma Bravo completed an all-cash acquisition of Coupa Software valued at approximately $8.0 billion, with a significant minority investment from a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). Coupa stockholders received $81.00 per share, Coupa will be delisted from Nasdaq, and Thoma Bravo said it will invest to accelerate product innovation and growth, including potential M&A.
