Thoma Bravo completed an all-cash acquisition of Coupa Software valued at approximately $8.0 billion, with a significant minority investment from a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). Coupa stockholders received $81.00 per share, Coupa will be delisted from Nasdaq, and Thoma Bravo said it will invest to accelerate product innovation and growth, including potential M&A.
