Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm, completed an all-cash acquisition of Anaplan, Inc. for approximately $10.4 billion ($63.75 per share), taking the cloud-native planning software company private. As part of the transaction Anaplan CEO Frank Calderoni stepped down and Charles Goodman was appointed interim CEO; Thoma Bravo said it will invest to accelerate Anaplan's growth and product strategy.
