Tecnotree Acquires CognitiveScale

Tecnotree Corporation (Espoo, Finland) has agreed to acquire CognitiveScale, an Austin-based AI engineering platform provider, to expand Tecnotree's AI/ML capabilities and accelerate 5G use-case monetization in North America. The deal is expected to contribute roughly EUR 5 million of ARR in 2023 and is subject to customary conditions, with closing expected in 2022.

Bending Spoons said it will leverage its technology and product expertise to accelerate Meetup's international expansion, grow membership, and improve organizer experience; Meetup CEO David Siegel will serve as an advisor following the transaction.
