Investcorp Credit Management US LLC agreed to acquire a majority ownership interest in CM Investment Partners LLC (CMIP) from funds managed by Cyrus Capital Partners and Stifel Venture Corp, with CMIP co‑CIOs Michael Mauer and Christopher Jansen retaining a minority stake. Simultaneously, Investcorp BDC Holdings Limited entered a stock purchase agreement to acquire up to 10% of CM Finance Inc. over a two‑year period; the transaction was expected to close in Q3 2019 subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Investis Digital Acquires Microserve

The bolt-on deal (financial terms undisclosed) expands Investis Digital’s U.K. footprint and is its third acquisition since ECI Partners invested, with Microserve’s management joining the Investis organization to support integration.

Investcorp has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Cambio Healthcare Systems AB from Valedo Partners Fund II AB and a group of minority investors (primarily the company's co-founders). Cambio, a Stockholm-based provider of EHR and eHealth software used by hospitals, primary care and social care providers across Sweden, Denmark and the UK, has ~600 employees and over 150,000 users of its solutions; Investcorp intends to support the company's continued growth and international expansion.

Investcorp Acquires Majority Stake in Shearer Supply

Investcorp announced a majority investment in Shearer Supply, a leading independent HVAC equipment distributor headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Shearer—founded in 1983 and operating 22 branches across the Southern U.S. serving over 5,500 contractor customers—will continue to have the Shearer family, management team and PNC Riverarch Capital as shareholders; financial terms were not disclosed. Investcorp intends to support organic growth and further geographic expansion.
