Audax Private Equity announced a growth investment in Jitterbit to support the iPaaS provider’s continued product development, partner ecosystem expansion, and potential strategic acquisitions; existing investors including KKR and Samsung Ventures will remain shareholders. Terms were not disclosed and advisors to the transaction included William Blair and law firms for both sides.

Kajabi Acquires Community Platform Vibely

BlueConic Acquires Jebbit

The combination expands BlueConic's activation and data-capture capabilities and brings a combined customer base of roughly 500 organizations worldwide.

J.D. Power Acquires ZappyRide

J.D. Power has completed the acquisition of ZappyRide, an EV-focused data and software company, and will integrate it into its Autodata Solutions division as part of a new E-Vision initiative. ZappyRide's white-label software, APIs and EV program planning tools will expand J.D. Global Blue Acquires Majority Stake in Yocuda

Global Blue (via Global Blue Ventures) increased its investment in Yocuda through a capital increase and share purchase, taking its total stake to 56% and making it the majority owner. The deal brings Yocuda — a UK-founded digital receipt provider — into Global Blue's RetailTech network to expand omnichannel capabilities, accelerate geographic expansion, and create cross-sell opportunities with Global Blue's retailer customer base.

COYO (Marlin Equity Partners) Acquires Jubiwee

The deal will merge Jubiwee into COYO’s 360-degree employee communications platform to strengthen analytics capabilities and accelerate COYO’s international expansion into France.
